Experienced Home Care Assistant – Burton upon Trent | £16/hr + Double Time Bank Holidays

Luxuricare is a local home care provider supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes across Burton upon Trent. We’re looking for experienced carers who can start soon.

WHAT YOU’LL EARN

• £16.00 per hour

• £32.00 per hour (double time) on every bank holiday, including Christmas and New Year

• 35p per mile paid for travel between calls

• Workplace pension

• Uniform provided

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Visit clients in their own homes to help with personal care, medication support, meals and companionship. You’ll be the friendly, reliable face that helps someone stay independent.

YOUR HOURS

Regular carers work a set two-week rota (around 3.5 days a week), so you know where you are:

• Week 1: Tuesday, Friday teatime and bedtime calls, Saturday, Sunday

• Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday daytime calls

This is a zero-hours contract.

YOU’LL NEED

• Previous care experience (home care or residential)

• A full UK driving licence, your own car and business-use insurance

• To be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check

• Good communication skills and clear record-keeping
