2. Account Registration and Usage
Candidates and Employers must create an account to access specific features on CareJobs.org.uk, such as job posting, application management, and profile updates. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update your details as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any misuse or violation of these terms is suspected. Account sharing is not permitted.
3. Job Listings and Applications
Employers may post job listings through their dashboards after selecting a job package. Job postings must be accurate, comply with legal standards, and align with our platform’s care sector focus. Candidates can apply for jobs free of charge and are encouraged to upload their CVs to their profiles to enhance their applications. Both Candidates and Employers are responsible for their interactions and for complying with all applicable employment laws. CareJobs.org.uk does not act as an employment agency.
4. Communication and Privacy
Candidates and Employers can communicate through the platform’s chat feature once a job application has been submitted. All communication should remain professional and relevant to job applications or candidate qualifications. Personal contact information should not be shared outside the platform. By using CareJobs.org.uk, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment and Job Packages
Employers must purchase job packages to post positions on CareJobs.org.uk. Payments are securely processed via WooCommerce and support PayPal and Stripe. Candidates can apply for jobs at no cost. All purchases are final, and refunds are granted only at our discretion or as required by law. Please review all package details before purchasing.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
While CareJobs.org.uk strives to provide accurate job listings and secure functionality, we are not responsible for the accuracy of job postings, the conduct of users, or employment decisions made by Employers. We do not guarantee job placement, job satisfaction, or that candidates will meet the expectations of Employers. CareJobs.org.uk disclaims any liability arising from user interactions or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
