What You’ll Be Doing
As a Health Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes or supported living settings.
Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Support clients with medication in line with company policies and training.
Help with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility and promote independence.
Complete accurate care records and report any changes in clients’ wellbeing.
Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and your Care Coordinator to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Essential Requirements
Right to work in the UK.
Good spoken and written English.
Willingness to undertake training and complete mandatory compliance requirements.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Care Assistant, Domiciliary Carer, or Community Carer.
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if required for community-based roles).
