We are expanding our friendly and supportive team and are seeking dedicated Community Support Workers to join us across Preston, Chorley, and South Ribble.

Please note: Applicants must have access to their own vehicle and be able to travel between client visits.

Areas We Cover
Preston, Penwortham, Leyland, Walton-le-Dale, Higher Walton, Lostock Hall, Bamber Bridge, Chorley, Euxton, and surrounding areas.

To help provide continuity of care and support a healthy work-life balance, you’ll typically work within one designated area, allowing you to build strong relationships with the people you support.

Shift Patterns
Morning shifts: 7:00am – 1:30pm / 2:00pm
Evening shifts: 3:30pm / 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Alternate weekends required
Full-time and part-time positions available.

About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering person-centred care in line with individual care plans
Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
Helping with mobility and safe use of equipment
Providing medication support
Assisting with household and daily living tasks
Offering companionship, emotional support, and encouragement

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in care is essential
Experience in Crisis Care or Reablement is desirable
Aged 18 or over (insurance requirements apply)
Available to work alternate weekends
Access to your own transport
Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach
