The Role
We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our friendly team of Care Workers. You will provide support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Providing personal care and support
Assisting with washing, dressing, and medication prompts
Preparing meals and helping with nutrition
Supporting clients with shopping and light household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Maintaining accurate care records
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times
Requirements
A caring and compassionate nature
Good communication skills
Reliable and trustworthy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
