We are expanding and looking for a Team Leader/Coordinator who can take us to the next level due to growth and expansion.

Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Caring for Clients: Ensuring our clients receive the highest quality, person-centred care that respects their individuality and needs.
Scheduling: Organising and managing the rotas to ensure all shifts are covered effectively and on time.
On-Call Duties: Being ready to step in when needed to maintain continuous care delivery.
Professional Interaction: Treating every client with respect, dignity, and privacy.
Safety First: Maintaining high standards of care, and quickly addressing any issues or concerns.
Team Support: Guiding and our caregivers to deliver excellent care, keeping morale high.
Regulation Compliance: Ensuring all services comply with current care standards and regulations.
Client Advocacy: Acting with empathy and compassion, always prioritising the best interests of our clients.
Collaboration: Working closely with our Registered Manager to ensure seamless care provision
Training: Showing the ropes to the new caregivers so they learn the best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within home care or healthcare.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of care regulations and industry standards. Knowledge of health and safety matters in relation to care services and risk management. Knowledge
of how to recognise abuse and safeguarding procedures.
Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and colleagues. Excellent CAN DO attitude.
Attributes: Compassionate, empathetic, and always putting the client first.
Organisation: Strong organisational and leadership skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is essential, as the role requires occasional travel to clients’ homes.
Bonus Points: Experience with Birdie software would be advantageous but not essential.
