We are currently welcoming experienced Self-Employed Live-In Carers to join A Class Care Connect, our new Introductory Live-In Care Service.

A Class Care Connect forms part of A Class Care, our award-winning managed care service, and the wider ACC Care Group. While A Class Care delivers fully managed care, A Class Care Connect operates as an introductory service, introducing experienced self-employed carers directly to private clients across the UK.

This model allows you to work directly for the client, while benefiting from the reassurance, credibility, and support of an established and reputable care organisation.

 

About A Class Care Connect

Through A Class Care Connect, we introduce you to clients who are seeking trusted, experienced live-in carers. You remain fully in control of your work, rates, and availability, while accessing a growing portfolio of live-in placements nationwide.

Our aim is simple: to empower experienced carers to work independently while feeling fully supported every step of the way.

 

What We Offer

Set your own weekly rate
Build direct relationships with clients
Choose when and how much you work
Access a growing portfolio of live-in placements
Receive ongoing support from a familiar, caring team

 

Who We’re Looking For

To enrol with A Class Care Connect, you must:

Be self-employed
Have previous live-in care experience
Be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Hold relevant and up-to-date training certificates
Be eligible to work in the UK
Drivers are welcome but not essential.

If your training is not fully up to date, we can refer you to our Preferred Training Provider to support you in meeting requirements.

It’s a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group (i.e. adults at risk, children or both).
