About the role
SuppLiCan Care and Support is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our team delivering high-quality care services across Dorset. This role includes:
· Domiciliary care – supporting individuals in their own homes
· Live-in care – providing ongoing, dedicated support
You will support adults of all ages to maintain independence, dignity, and a good quality of life.

Key responsibilities
· Provide personal care and practical support tailored to individual needs
· Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication support, and mobility
· Build positive and respectful relationships with service users
· Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
· Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Requirements
· Previous experience in a similar care role is required
· Compassionate and caring attitude
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
· Must hold a valid driver’s licence
· Access to your own vehicle
