About the Role
Care Cymru is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team supporting people in their own homes across Swansea.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
Supporting clients with personal care
Assisting with medication
Helping with meal preparation
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with mobility
Supporting with daily routines and household tasks

Able to communicate well with clients and families
Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts
Experience in care is beneficial but not essential, as full support and guidance will be provided.
Requirements
Right to work in the UK
Good communication skills
A caring and positive attitude
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential depending on location.
