Job Description
We are seeking a Community Care Worker to join our caring team at Happy 2 Help Community Care Ltd. This role is essential in supporting our Service Users by providing personalized care and assistance while promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and personalized care to Service Users in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
Communicate effectively with Service Users, families, and healthcare professionals.
Drive to various locations to deliver care services as required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during service delivery.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with Service Users and team members.
Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communication.
Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle for travel between service locations.
