Registered Manager – Ingleside Residential Home
£41,600 per annum | 40 hours per week
(Includes 6 weeks’ paid holiday)
Ingleside Residential Home is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our residential service and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.
This role is ideal for a confident, values-driven leader who combines strong regulatory knowledge with a genuine commitment to residents, staff, and families.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, leading a committed staff team and maintaining a safe, warm, and well-run environment.
Key Responsibilities
Overall operational management of the residential home
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
Leading, mentoring, and developing staff teams
Promoting high-quality, person-centred care
Managing rotas, audits, policies, and budgets
Acting as the main point of contact for families, professionals, and inspectors
About You
Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Confident working with CQC frameworks and inspections
Calm, professional, and compassionate in approach
