Salary: £15 – £18 per hour
Fidelis Healthcare is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional person-centred care and supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to service users
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Supporting mobility and promoting independence
- Monitoring and recording changes in health and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care notes and documentation
- Working collaboratively with nurses, carers, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensuring dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times

- Previous care experience
- A caring, patient and empathetic approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and a genuine desire to help others
