Job Description
Wiscombe Care Home is seeking a motivated and creative Activities Coordinator to lead our activities programme for adults aged 18–65 with complex needs.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, compassionate, and experienced in supporting adults with diverse and often highly individual requirements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every resident has meaningful opportunities for stimulation, enjoyment, and personal choice.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, organise, and deliver a varied timetable of activities tailored to individual needs.
- Arrange outings, community visits, and special events, including managing budgets and bookings.
- Work closely with our care team to promote inclusion, engagement, and person-centred experiences for all residents.
- Take the lead in motivating and guiding colleagues to help bring activities to life across the home.
- A full driving licence is essential, as you’ll be supporting outings using our accessible vehicles.
