Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Carers to join our growing team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

💷 Pay & Benefits
£14 – £15 per hour (depending on experience and shifts)
Mileage allowance: £0.35 per mile (for Henley shifts only)
Flexible shift patterns: 1–4 hours per call
Supportive and friendly management team
✅ Requirements
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Adult & Child Workforce, Health & Social Care)
Must be a driver with a full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle, and valid car insurance
Previous experience in domiciliary care / home care / community support
Ability to deliver person-centred care with compassion, dignity, and respect

🏡 Responsibilities
Providing personal care and companionship in clients’ homes
Supporting with mobility, medication prompts, and daily living tasks
Maintaining accurate care records and upholding confidentiality
Promoting independence and well-being at all times
