To lead a team in supporting vulnerable adults with Mental Health within the Lambeth community to live as independently as possible, while assisting, supporting, and prompting them with their daily living activities, medication, and mentally stimulating activities, offering companionship, and accurately using the CM2000 database in line with care compliance requirements whilst collaboration with the professional teams involved including CMHT/Hospitals/Keyworkers/commissioners ect.
To support service users within the units to live as independently as possible, while assisting, supporting, and prompting them with their daily living activities, medication, mentally stimulating activities, and providing companionship.

To promote and support the client’s independence within their own home as much as possible. Provided full or part personal care, prepare or assist with meals throughout the day, support residents with engaging activities to promote movement and mental stimulation, accompany them on day trips or appointments when requested, and offer companionship.

To promote and support the client’s independence within their own home as much as possible. Duties Included: Provide full or half body washes, administer medication when and where required, empty catheters and manage night bags, offer companionship, activities, and prepare or assist with meals throughout the day.
