I have completed a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, Care Certificate and CSTF mandatory training. I have experience in personal care, moving and handling, hoist use, MAR charts, catheter care, dementia care, supported living and patient monitoring. I am committed to providing safe, person-centred care while maintaining dignity, privacy and independence. I am flexible, hardworking and willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
