Clockin Healthcare 24/7 Ltd is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team, with flexible agency opportunities across West Yorkshire.
We supply healthcare professionals to a range of healthcare and care settings, with assignments depending on our clients’ staffing requirements.
The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide appropriate support to individuals in accordance with the requirements of your assignment, working alongside other healthcare professionals and care teams.
Duties may include:
· Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living activities
· Supporting mobility and maintaining dignity and independence
Following care plans and instructions relevant to the assignment
· Communicating effectively with individuals, families and colleagues
Maintaining accurate records and documentation where required
Following safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures
· Reporting concerns or changes in an individual’s condition appropriately
Working professionally and respectfully at all times
