The name ‘Tendernest’ reflects our commitment to creating a compassionate and secure space for people, like a nest, where individuals can feel supported as we assist them in growing and regaining their independence.

Founded by registered nurses, combining extensive knowledge and experience in healthcare and complex care. Tendernest was created to address the need for a service that not only provides exceptional support services, but also to combine a person-centred approach that prioritises respect and dignity, while empowering individuals to regain their confidence, foster independence and reintegrate back into the community.

At Tendernest we go beyond meeting basic needs. We are committed to creating safe, nurturing and empowering spaces, focusing on enhancing each individual’s quality of life and ensuring they feel valued, respected and understood. We work collaboratively with individuals, their families and multidisciplinary teams to tailor individualised goals that encourage personal growth and independence, enabling individuals to thrive and live fulfilling independent lives in the community.
