THE ROLE
As a Home Care Assistant at Clarendon, you will visit clients in their own homes, supporting them with personal care, medication prompting, meal preparation and companionship. Your rounds will be local – within a few miles of where you live – and you will work with the same clients regularly, building real relationships rather than rushing between unfamiliar faces.
This is not zero-hours agency work. We offer consistent hours, reliable pay and a supportive office team you can actually get hold of when you need us.
Primary working hours are mornings and lunchtimes, typically between 7am and 2pm and afternoons and evenings between 4pm – 10pm with some flexibility depending on your availability.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• The right to work in the UK – UK or Irish passport, or settled/pre-settled status (essential)
• A caring, reliable and patient nature
• The ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Previous care experience is welcome but not required – we provide full induction training
• Availability for morning and/or evening rounds
